Founded in 1967, today NAIOP comprises 19,000+ members in 51 North American chapters, providing networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations and strong legislative representation.
All across North America, NAIOP's collective voice speaks on behalf of industrial and office property stakeholders. Our members are an influential constituency of industry leaders who are active and politically effective businessmen and women at the national and local level. Where We Come From
NAIOP Hawaii was chartered in 1988 and began with only a handful of members. Today, the Chapter has over 150 members. Our members include developers, owners, investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. NAIOP Hawaii offers monthly educational programs featuring industry experts, is the recognized forum for current issues that impact commercial real estate in Hawaii, and is the leading networking association for the industry’s key decision-makers.
Community Giving
NAIOP Hawaii has selected HUGS Hawaii to receive a portion of the proceeds from our Annual Golf Tournament, as well as other NAIOP Hawaii activities. HUGS is an acronym for Help Understanding & Group Support, and its mission is to provide support, compassion and aloha to keep families with seriously ill children together.
